Rule 64
Fixing the day and time period of discussion
(1) The Speaker may fix the day and time period for discussing the motion, taking into account the workload of the House of Representatives.
(2) The discussion will end after the time period set for the purpose of discussion has expired and unless otherwise stated in this regulation, the speaker will submit all the questions necessary to get a decision on the main topic in the meeting for decision.
